Reduced fee registration dead-line: July 29, 2013
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The reservation will be confirmed upon reception of the total payment. There will be no penalties till August 4th. After this date penalties will be applied according to the hotels' rules.
CONDITIONS:
- GLOBAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES LTD will not reserve rooms without the payment of total stay in advance
- GLOBAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES LTD will not be refund after 18th August
- Room availability can be only guaranteed for reservations received by July 31st
- All changes will be notified by fax or e-mail. GLOBAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES LTD will not accept changes by phone
