Giuseppe Romano was born in Naples (italy) in 1982. He received the Bachelor and the Master degree In June 2010 he got the PhD in Microelectronics Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, He was a visiting scholar at the Atlanta, USA (Aug-Oct 2010). His research interests are focused on m ultiscale/multiphysics modeling of nanostructured devices for energy harvesting applications. He is author (or co-author) of about twenty scientific publicationsamong articles in referred journals and contributions in international conferences. He is a co-developer of TiberCAD, a multiscale simulator of electronic devices.
