Giacomo Ulisse received M.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata," in 2007. He completed a PhD in sensory and learning
systems done in the laboratories of the Department of Electronic Engineering of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
His PH.D. research topic was: "Simulation, realization and characterization of cold
cathodes with carbon nanotube for high frequency devices".
His research activities are focused on simulation design, realization and characterization of carbon nanotubes cold cathodes.
He is currently involved in the 7th Framework European Project OPTHER.
